AAIM Goal

The Advanced All-Hazards Incident Management course is designed to train and exercise Command and General Staff members of Incident Management Teams to function in the all-hazards environment.

The course scenarios may use local subject matter experts or the high definition videos available on this website. The objective is to create a realistic incident environment in which students are given an opportunity to perform and practice incident management skills. After each scenario, instructors and coaches use Socratic questioning to allow students to evaluate their performance and learn from their successes and challenges.
